    How to: Post your car/project in Readers Rides

    Step by step:

    1. Head to the Readers Rides Gallery - https://cruisingbrisbane.com/gallery/category/1-readers-riders/
    2. Click Add Images
    3. Select "Create New Album"
    4. Give your new album a title in the format USERNAME's YEAR MAKE MODEL eg; "AsterisK's 2001 Nissan 200SX S15"
    5. Click "Create Album"
    6. Upload your images

    You can either leave it there and just post your images in an album, and they'll show up on the front page.

    If you want to add discussion, come to the Readers Rides forum (this forum) and create a new thread.

    When you create your new thread, you can copy a link to your gallery and simply paste it into the editor box; it will automatically convert into a gallery album embed like this:

    Picked up some Fanatec V3 pedals last week with the brake performance kit. Made a massive improvement in braking consistency.

    My racing rig consists of:

    • Next Level racing GT Track cockpit
    • HP Reverb G2 VR headset
    • Logitech G29 steering wheel
    • Fanatec clubsport V3 pedals with brake performance kit
    • PC is running a 2011 spec CPU overclocked with 32GB RAM, with the piece de resistance being the RTX3070

    I also use these apps:

    • VRS (lap analyzer)
    • Joel Real Time (live timing)
    • Crew Chief (spotter and voice commands)
    • Racelabapps (overlays for streaming)
    • iRacing Auto Pit for endurance races (calculates fuel usage)

    QLD Cruising Sunshine Coast Car Meet 7/8/21
    This event is completely FREE and welcome's all forms of cars including Muscle, Classic, Hot Rod, Aussie, American, JDM, Euro, 4WD’s & Bikes.
    For club rego cars that require a travel concession to and from this event, please use number: TC 177-01-2021
    Food outlets will be open during the meet offering discounted deals on the night.
    Toilets are located at the servo and in the Aussie World pub.
    MEET LOCATION:
    Saturday 7th August 2021 6pm-8pm
    AUSSIE WORLD
    73 Frizzo Rd
    Palmview QLD 4553
    This meet location is held in the carpark of Aussie World between the servo up to the pub.
    **CONDITION OF ATTENDANCE**
    No burnouts on arrival, at the event or on departure.
    Refrain from excessive revving & backfiring exhaust.
    No bad language.
    Use the bins provided for all rubbish.
    Respect fellow enthusiasts as well as the public.
    Antisocial behavior will not be tolerated.
    *** ANYONE THAT CAN NOT FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE RULES OF ATTENDANCE,IS NOT WELCOME ***
    CCTV is installed so any unlawful behavour will be reported to the local police.
    QLD CRUISING Merchandise will be available to be purchased at this event under the QC Marquee, show your support for your local car scene.

    QLD CRUISING'S GOLD COAST MEET & CRUISE 10/7/21 6pm-8pm
    Furbilicious Kebabs is where it’s at, so make your way over, park up and enjoy a delicious Furbies kebab, check out and admire the cool cars, catch up with friends and chat to like minded motoring enthusiasts.
    This event is completely free and welcomes all forms of cars including JDM, Euro, Muscle, Classic, Hot Rod, Aussie, 4WD’s & Bikes.

    GOLD COAST MEET:
    Furbilicious Kebabs at 6pm 10/7/21
    Corner of Ferry Road & Meron Street, Southport, Gold Coast QLD 4215.
    Leave at 8:00pm for the Cruise.
    CRUISE:
    Leaving for cruise destination at 8pm.
    Cruise location will be revealed on the night at the meet location Furbilicious Kebabs.
    Will be written down on the QLD Cruising Board, located in front of the cars near the Furbies shop.
    “Please read the cruise details given carefully as nothing will be posted on here about the cruise destination”.

    It's soooo fucking good to see Hamilton off his perch for a change. F1 really got boring in the post Redbull era.

    I think Dan had to move to be honest, being second to Max would have been hell, same as the Mark Webber and Sebastien Vettel days. I have more respect for him helping a struggling team to return to some amount of glory; he did really well considering the rubbish car Renault put up for him. His days at McLaren so far have been disappointing but the weekends race really showed he still has a chance to be up there. 

     

    That said.... How fucking awesome is Lando Norris?
